ProAmpac has announced that Coating Excellence International (CEI) will merge into its Prolamina brand to create a unified extrusion division, a change that reflects the combined capabilities of ProAmpac’s extrusion division and better enables the company to leverage synergies with its other brand divisions.
ProAmpac acquired CEI in late 2015.
As a flexible packaging and technical products company, based in Wrightstown, Wisconsin, CEI specializes in wide web extrusion coating and laminating of film, foil, paperboard and nonwovens. This expertise, coupled with Prolamina’s technology-driven, innovative, flexible packaging solutions, creates a leading North American packaging division serving the food, medical and specialty markets.
