USA • Dow Chemical has appointed Karen S. Carter as its new North America commercial vice president for the company’s packaging and specialty plastics business. She is replacing Greg Jozwiak who has recently been named business president of the elastomers and electrical and telecommunications businesses.
Carter has about 20 years of experience in the plastics industry. Most recently, she had the position as global business director, low density and slurry polyethylene, and global marketing director for the business’s value chain, sustainability and new business development initiatives for P&SP.
