European Polyester (BOPET) film prices - where to next?
A 10% rise in the price of European packaging grades of Polyester (BOPET) film in April, 2010, another 15% increase pushed through in June and another 80 eurocents increase currently being implemented will mean film prices have risen by 50% since the start of 2010 according to PCI's BOPET film price index which tracks commodity film prices - it currently stands at €2.50 - €3.00 per kg for 12 micron commodity films.
