Kinwin Plastic Indutrial Zone

   In May 28, Kaiwin Packaging Industry Zone, invested by Zhejiang Kinlead Packaging Material Co., Ltd, a well-known private enterprises belonging to Zhejiang Xinfeng Group, laid its foundation in central industrial park. With an area of 230,000 square meters, Kaiwin Packaging Industrial Zone is invested in total one billion USD, aiming at being the largest production base for soft package in three or five years. Zhang Shikun, director of committee of Jinzhou New Zone and Development Zone, attended the foundation laying ceremony and gave a speech.

    Kaiwin Packaging Industrial Zone is going to import the most advanced production line from Japan, with a goal to have an annual capacity of 70,000 tons of world standard high obstructing bopp film, which will be widely used in electrics, decoration, printing, aluminizing, lamination, insulating materials and so on. Its annual sales are expected to be one billion USD and annual import and export amount to be 50 million USD. It can also provide more than 350 jobs.

   Chen Linchuan, the CEO of Zhejiang Xinfeng Group, said “Dalian is a beautiful coastal city and the development zone has great geographical advantage and favorable investment environment. Today is a significant day to Xinfeng because it not only witnesses the foundation of Kaiwin but also show that Dalian will be our second hometown. Through the joint efforts of both sides, I believe Kaiwin Packaging Industry Zone will develop and grow stronger here, making an active contribution to the soft package industry in Dalian.

   On behalf of Dalian government, committee of Jinzhou New Zone and Development Zone, Zhang Shikun expressed congratulations to Kaiwin Packaging Industry Zone. He said the merger of development zone and Jinzhou zone in April 9, 2010 will undoubtedly bring infinite vigor and vitality. After 26 years of growth, development zone has been a leading one among 56 national development zones. During the growing process of development zone, besides opening policy of party and state and the joint efforts of the whole zone, the most important factor is that we have a group of prominent entrepreneurs, a group of excellent enterprises and a group of tax payers. In the future, Jinzhou New Zone and Development Zone will continuously stick to the key idea of “caring about the enterprises and paying respect to entrepreneurs and tax payers” and support the development of enterprises. Kaiwin Packaging Industry Zone will breathe new life to the soft package industry of Development Zone through its advanced products and technology. It is hoped that with the source advantage of Jinzhou New Zone and Development Zone, Kaiwin will be stronger and become the largest soft package industry base in China
