金明-橡塑展上展示一款“互联网+”技术5层智能吹膜线

中国-薄膜设备制造商金明将于4月25-28日在上海国际橡塑展上展示一款“互联网+”技术的Superex5层吹膜设备。

鉴于远程控制技术，技术人员可以控制和管理机器加工过程。Superex可以为中小型薄膜机器制造商提供一款移动制造管理软件。

金明在2014年发布了这条Superex智能吹膜线。其特点主要是高产能和自动化并且能够把薄膜和树脂控制得很均匀。集成了智能制造和“互联网+”技术软件和硬件功能，这款所展示的机械能够让客户对其进行自动化运作，远程薄膜诊断和多设备联网工作。

据该公司，在生产过程中，Superex也可以实现远程活动分配和订单调度管理，减少劳动力和生产成本。这条线将在该公司的汕头工厂运作。

Jinming – 5-layer blown film line at Chinplas

PRC-The film machinery manufacturer Jinming presents a Superex 5-layer blown film machine at Chinaplas (25-28 April, Shanghai) with “Internet+” technology. Due to remote control technology, technicians can control and manage the processing of machine in the exhibition hall at the same time. For small and medium film machinery makers, the Superex can provide a mobile manufacturing management software.

Jinming launched the intelligent blown film line Superex in 2014. It is featured with high production capacity and automation and enables film uniformity control as well as adaptability to resins. Integrated with intelligent manufacturing and the software and hardware function of “Internet+” technology, the exhibited machine enables customer with automated operation, remote film diagnosis and multi-device networking. According to the company, in the production process, the Superex can also realize remote activity allocation and order dispatching management, reducing labor and production cost. The line will run in the company’s factory in Shantou.
