《Polifilm-收购WMS-Folien》
德国-2016年三月一日聚乙烯和保护膜生产者Polifilm宣布收购薄膜制造商WMS-Folien。WMS工厂将以Polifilm Loope在旧址继续生产并且将整合到Polifilm包装薄膜业务分部。
GERMANY-Effective 1 March 2016 the manufacturers of polyethylene and protective films announce the acquisition of film manufacturer WMS-Folien. The WMS plant will continue at the same location as Polifilm Loope and be integrated into Polifilm’s business division for packaging film.
