PRC-The Intarema 1007 TVEplus with an Erema SW4/104 RTF melt filter will be presented by Erema at Chinaplas from 25 to 28 April 2016 in Shanghai. With a throughout of 300 to 350 kg/h the company wants to show efficient recycling of heavily printed LDPE materials. The recycled pellets will be reprocessed at Erema’s stand to produce film.
The manufacturer of recycling machinery explains the demand for the TVEplus technology by the special challenges faced in recycling processes for heavily printed materials. Binding agents and other additives that are found in the inks, for example, are a problem as they melt at the processing temperatures of the plastic matrix and break down in parts. According to Erema, the company’s technology offers efficient filtration, homogenisation and degassing at the highest level. According to Erema, high-quality recyclates which are e.g. reused in the production of film, can be made from full-surface and multiple-layer printed film scraps in a single pass.
