CHINA Qingdao Jianhua Package Machinery has developed a square bottom valve bag making line that adopts heat melting technology. The valve will be auto closed after being filled. The touch screen with high resolution definition is integrated with control and display, which can achieve the functions of setting, monitoring and diagnosing. The controlling system is easy and comfortable to operate with.

The servo system controls the delivery of bags, valve, and bottom patch, which can achieve free length setting and sensor tracking length. Auto-adjustment compensation function ensures accurate length; pneumatic components control each action, guaranteeing steady and credible running. The mechanic structures are advanced and reasonable with humanised design. Double station unwinding device and auto rotary roll loading; the micro-perforation unit makes full perforation for better air permeability; interval servo conveying; the continuous servo cutting.
