Windmöller & Hölscher: New subsidiary in China

CHINA With effect from 1 January 2014, Windmöller & Hölscher has set up its own subsidiary in China. Windmoeller & Hoelscher Machinery (Taicang) Co. Ltd. has its offices in Taicang, approximately 50 kilometers (30 miles) from the centre of Shanghai. Acting as a sales and service centre, W&H Machinery (Taicang) will take on all tasks and activities that were handled by Johs. Rieckermann, W&H’s agency in charge of the Chinese marketplace until the end of 2013. The Rieckermann staff so far in charge of W&H affairs have been taken over by the new W&H subsidiary to ensure continuity for W&H customers in China. This also goes for the Management Board: Jinghui Dai (General Manager), Klaus Meyer (Sales Manager) and George Yang (Service Manager), all of whom do have extensive experience in the Chinese market.
