关于召开2014 流延薄膜行业市场与技术发展研讨会
各有关单位：
为了促进流延薄膜（CPP、CPE、PVB、EVA、TPU等）行业的健康发展与市场推广，鼓励技术创新和开发高品质、差异化的产品，促进新设备、新工艺、新技术、新产品的应用，同时深入研究行业存在问题与对策，中国塑协流延薄膜专委会决定于2014年12月12日至13日在广东省汕头市召开“2014 流延薄膜行业市场与技术发展研讨会”，本次会议由广东金明精机股份有限公司承办，诺德美克（上海）机械有限公司、广州思肯德电子测量设备有限公司、伊斯拉视像设备制造(上海)有限公司、威海海朝机械有限公司提供赞助。现将会议有关事项通知如下：
一、研讨会主要内容
1、流延薄膜行业市场2014年市场状况分析；
2、流延薄膜新产品介绍；
3、流延薄膜生产企业生产经营经验介绍；
4、PVB玻璃夹层膜国家标准解析；
5、流延薄膜原辅材料介绍；
6、流延薄膜检测技术介绍；
7、重点探讨流延薄膜企业面临的困难，分析行业存在问题，积极研究行业改革发展对策；
8、13日下午安排参观广东金明精机股份有限公司流延薄膜、吹膜、淋膜、涂布生产线；
9、14日组织参会代表赴广州参观12月15-17日“2014 中国国际塑料新材料、新技术、新装备、新产品展览会”薄膜展示专区。
二、资料准备
为开好会议，请部分企业做好交流资料准备（见附件一），将撰写的论文，于10月20日前通过电子邮件发给我专委会。
三、参加人员
1、流延薄膜（CPP、CPE、PVB、EVA、TPU、PVC等）生产企业的负责人；
2、流延薄膜生产企业的设备、技术、销售、管理等人员；
3、流延薄膜配套的国内外设备、备品备件和原辅材料生产等企业和机构的负责人；
4、有意投资流延薄膜行业的企业负责人；
5、复合彩印、太阳能光伏、夹层玻璃等生产企业的代表；
6、国外有关公司的代表。
四、会议日期和地点
2014年12月12报到，13日开会，14日上午乘车赴广州参观12月15-17日“2014 中国国际塑料新材料、新技术、新装备、新产品展览会”薄膜展示专区。
报到地点：金海湾大酒店 地址：广东省汕头市金砂路96号。

五、收费原则
会务费包括会议、就餐、资料费及参观交通费、企业宣传资料费等。
为鼓励薄膜等塑料制品生产企业积极参加会议，并切实服务于会员，决定采取以下对会员企业优惠的政策：
1、流延薄膜生产企业、薄膜经销商及下游用户：免收会务费；
2、国内外流延薄膜设备、分切机企业，国内外原料生产企业：非会员企业收取每人1200元会务费，会员企业每人收取1000元会务费；
3、国内备品备件、辅助材料、原料贸易、商务网站、检测机构、科研院所等配套企业：非会员企业收取每人800元会务费，会员企业每人600元会务费；
4、住宿费用由各会议代表自己承担，会议所在地金海湾大酒店（五星）房间价格为：标准双人房300元／天，标准大床房400元／天，高级双人房400元／天，高级大床房450元／天，由代表自行选择。

Notification of Marketing and Technology Development Conference of Cast Film Industry 2014
Cast Film Professional Committee of CPPIA〔2014〕No.5
In order to promote the healthy development of cast film industry including CPP、CPE、PVB、EVA、TPU etc, encourage technical innovation and the R&D of high-quality and differentiated products, promote the application of new equipment, new technology, new products, deeply discuss the existing problems and explore countermeasures, the Cast Film Professional Committee of China Plastics Processing Industry Association（CPPIA）will convene the Marketing and Technology Development Conference of Cast Film Industry 2014 from Dec. 12th to 13th, 2014 in Shantou City, Guangdong Province. This conference is undertaken by Guandong Jinming Machinery Co., Ltd. Nordmeccanica Machinery (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd., Guangzhou Scantech Electronic Measuring Equipment Co. Ltd., ISRA Vision AG are the main sponsors.
The related conference items are notified as following:
1. Main contents to be introduced, analyzed, discussed and explored:
(1) market status of cast film industry in 2014,
(2) new species of cast film,
(3) the production and management experience of the cast film production enterprises,
(4) analysis of national standard of PVB film for laminated safety-glass
(5) raw and auxiliary materials for the production of cast film,
(6) measurement technology for cast film,
(7) the difficulties faced by cast film production enterprises, the existing problems, and the possible countermeasures,
Besides, all the delegates will visit Guandong Jinming Machinery Co., Ltd in the afternoon of Dec.13, leave Shantou to Guangzhou in the morning of Dec. 14 to visit Film Area of Chinanewplas 2014 ((2014 China International Plastics New Material, New Technology, New Equipment, New Products Exhibition) during Dec.15 and 17.
2. Documents preparation
All the conference delegates listed in the attachment are kindly required to email us the thesis before Oct. 20th.
3. All the professionals of the following scopes are welcome to participate:
(1) principals of cast film production enterprises covering CPP, CPE, PVB, EVA, TPU and PVC etc.
(2) equipment managers, technicians, sales staff, and administrators etc of cast film production enterprises,
(3) principals from the supporting equipment, spare parts and raw materials enterprises at home and abroad,
(4) potential investors,
(5) representatives from printing, photovoltaic solar, laminated glass production enterprises,
(6) and the representatives from associated foreign companies.

Withdrawl: in the morning of Dec. 14th , all the conference delegates will leave Shantou to Guangzhou in the morning of Dec. 14 to visit Film Area of Chinanewplas 2014 ((2014 China International Plastics New Material, New Technology, New Equipment, New Products Exhibition) during Dec.15 and 17.

5. Charging principle
The conference registration fee is composed of dining, documents expenses and conference room rental etc. In order to encourage the participation of the film production enterprises, the charging principle is developed as following:
(1) The cast film production enterprises, the film dealers, and the downstream clients are exempted of registration fee.
(2) Conference delegates from our membership cast film equipment providers, slitter suppliers, and raw materials enterprises at home and abroad will pay 1,000 Yuan per capita. Delegates from the non-membership engaged in the above-mentioned business will pay 1,200 Yuan per capita.
(3) Conference delegates from our membership companies and organizations engaging in producing and trading of spare parts, auxiliary materials, raw materials traders, websites, testing institutions, scientific research institutes will pay 600 Yuan per capita. Delegates from non-membership enterprises and organizations engaging in the above-stated business will pay 800 Yuan per capita.
(4) Accommodation will be covered by the delegates themselves. Room prices at Golden Gulf Hotel: 300 Yuan/standard double-bed room, 400 Yuan/ standard king-size bed room, 400 Yuan/ superior double-bed room, 450 Yuan/ superior king- size bed room.
